Long time no talk, haha sike! i litterally feel like it was P-day yesterday!!! The weeks just keep going faster and faster when i really lose myself in the work.
So rachael is finally getting a job and will become responsible? well its about time;) She just needs to really realize that working takes up all of your time so she wont see her friends much and needs to be flexible with work so her boss can really rely on her. (maddi doesnt work at lehi anymore?? what happened????)
Rachael isnt allowed to go to school dances with boys. If she does then she is going to end up kissing someone! She needs to just stay in a little bubble and not talk to boys, cuz obviously they are going to start flocking to her! trust me, i would know, the chicks just were always just comin at me;) hahahaha
Hey my beautiful neck and my traps are slowly slipping away....I am going to have to get a gym pass as soon as i get back and just go hard so i can be jacked;) haha but scott will never be what i was;) (yes scott, thats a challenge)
About teaching the children how to be there to help, so i remember for me it was a litteral decicsion that i had to make that i set my priorities and i wrote them down. So first my priority was God, (but i struggled remembering that) and second was my family (ecspecially mom) that i would drop anything to help you. Because i started looking at things in a eternal perspective that by me sitting in my room sleeping isnt going to benefit me in anyway but always being at moms hip ready at a pins drop to help her would build this relationship that would be unbreakable. then lastly my priority was my friends. but idk try talking to them about this.
Oh about Christmas! so i will be able to skype at 4 (chile time) so i think thats 12 for you guys. I also went and created a skype, its "jared.collins17" and my password is "elder12" if you need to make us friends or something..But i am honestly so excited for that!!! i feel like its been forever since i have seen you guys!! i will be skyping from the Family Labbe house and they are the hilarious people i have talked abouthahaa it will be sweet!
So this week we had meetings with president up the Wah-Zoo! so one day we had Zone Conference and wow. That was unbelievable!! We talked about pure doctorine for a solid 6 hours straight. I was taking notes like a maniac! My president is the greatest, and his wife as well. I am going to be so sad when they leave in June:( But then we also had our last meeting with the new missionaries because in two weeks i am going to finish my training and i will be a normal missionary! I litterally feel like i have been just normal for the last 6 weeks but its whatevs haha Hey maybe in two weeks i will become a trainer, that would be nuts. But it is actually possible, our president is known for doing that sometimes ha so we will see. THis next change on the 29th there is going to be so many changes and stuff! 37 missionaries are going home and only 26 are coming so they are going to have to close some sectors down and since our ward is one of the only wards with 3 pairs with missionaries we think that at least two of us are going to change. but we will see!!
So also this week i did divisions with Elder Vasquez again and we were in his sector, and we decided to just go door to door almost all day in these condos and contact everyone and by the end of it we got at least 30 solid people interested! so That was cool. And also this week Elder Silva and i were just focusing aton on getting new investiagters because this week 2 more are getting baptized, so we were contacting like crazy as well and we got like 20 solid people and 5 actual new investigators, (here in chile, thats pretty good) so we are pretty happy about it.
So this week is the baptism of Jaqueline and Sebastian. Jackie is sooo ready and is going to be the best convert! but sebastian is still kind of ify and his parents are kinda ify on it too so wee will see. but THis sunday is going to be amazing:)
THis last sunday in the Principios del Evangelio class we studied about Dones del Espíritu. I started studying about them and i finally realized the importance of them and i found a couple in myself. I encourage you guys to do some soul searching to find your gifts that god has given you. Because since i have found out some i have justhad such a better view on things and so many things just actually make sense to me now. Idk it was a cool experience:)
So to wrap things up, Today we went to Santa Lucia to this castle, and holy cow it was soooooo sick!!! ill send you pics! but I am having an incredible time and cant wait till christmas to skype you guys and am looking so forward to it!

Hey so i forgot to talk about the christmas concert that i went to! so at the temple here they had this world wide concert for the church and i think you can watch it on lds.org! you guys should see it!! i tried to see if corbin peterson was there but didnt see him....but saw tons others from his mission! here are some pics, we took Jaqueline!
Oh and found one of my teachers fem the MTC!
